How long is the rental period, and can I extend it?
Every rental includes up to 14 days of use. Need more time? Additional weeks are $25 each, subject to availability. Contact us before your scheduled pickup date and we'll arrange the extension.
Do I save money if I return the totes early?
No. All packages include up to 14 days at the same flat rate. Whether you need the totes for 3 days or the full 14 days, the price remains the same.
Are totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes — every tote is wiped and sanitized between every customer.
How far in advance should I reserve?
The minimum lead time is 3 days. We recommend reserving 2–3 weeks ahead, especially for weekends in summer.
